Terms of purchase

1. Scope

These terms govern sales by Bikesur Sport to trade customers (shops, workshops, distributors and teams) through the B2B portal, by email or by phone. Placing an order implies their acceptance.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are those shown in the B2B portal at the time of ordering, in euros excluding VAT. Bikesur Sport may update them without notice; confirmed orders keep their price.

3. Orders and minimum order

There is no minimum order. Orders are confirmed by email with their number, references and availability. Out-of-stock references remain on back order and ship as soon as they arrive, unless the customer indicates otherwise.

4. Shipping and lead times

Orders confirmed before 16:00 on working days ship the same day. Indicative lead time: 24 h in mainland Spain, 48–72 h in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Portugal. Shipping costs are detailed in the B2B portal by order value and destination.

5. Payment

Available payment methods (bank transfer, direct debit or card) and terms are assigned to each customer on registration. Bikesur Sport reserves the right to hold shipments in case of outstanding payments.

6. Returns

Returns of unused products in their original packaging with the label intact are accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to prior authorisation. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the error is Bikesur Sport's.

7. Warranties

All products carry the legal and manufacturer warranty. Claims are handled through Bikesur Sport, which acts as the contact with the brand. Wear from use, incorrect fitting or modifications are not covered.

8. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Bikesur Sport until the corresponding invoice is paid in full.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Algeciras shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
